• Cancellation made 20–15 days before departure will attract 50% cancellation charges of the total tour amount.
• Cancellation made within 14 days of departure or in case of No Show will be 100% non-refundable.
• The booking amount may be adjusted according to the applicable cancellation policy.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
• GST charged on the booking is non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, or if the traveler leaves the tour midway.
